Memorial Day Event

The City of Plymouth is set to host a Memorial Day Event 11 a.m. Thursday, May 22 at the Plymouth Veterans Memorial, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.

The public is invited to attend the annual event, which honors those who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. 

The event includes a welcome from city leaders, the pledge of allegiance, an invocation, a musical performance and poetic reading, words to remember the families and honor the fallen, a benediction and a moment of silence.

The Plymouth Memorial Day Event is held in partnership with the City of Plymouth, Heinzen-Ditter VFW Post 5903 Hamel, Saluting America’s Veterans Enterprise (SAVE) and CCX Media. 

*Inclement weather location: Council Chambers at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.
